To make access to our school as convenient as possible for families, Shorashim Hebrew Academy offers safe, reliable transportation services. Our transportation program is designed to support the needs of our community, helping families manage their schedules while ensuring that students arrive at school on time and ready to learn.
We operate a network of school buses that serve key neighborhoods within our region. Each route is carefully planned to be efficient and family-friendly, with pick-up and drop-off locations that accommodate a wide range of households. We are continuously expanding routes to meet growing demand.
Safety is our top priority. All drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained to prioritize student well-being. Buses are regularly maintained and meet all state safety requirements. Staff on board are trained to monitor behavior and help ensure a smooth, respectful ride for everyone.
For families with younger children, we offer support during the transition to riding the school bus, including staff escorts and visual aids to build comfort and confidence. We view transportation as an extension of the school day and uphold the same values of respect, care, and responsibility.
Transportation communication is clear and consistent. Our office provides route updates, delay notifications, and direct contact with the transportation coordinator to answer any questions or concerns that arise throughout the year.
